Yukawa Family Grave
The Yukawa family grave is said to be near Yukawa-oji in a valley from which the headwaters of the Yukawa River flow.
Tradition has it that Yukawa was home to an individual of the same name who, based in the Gobo Plains, held great power in Kinan during the Warring States era. When Kitano-dono, the concubine of Ashikaga-Yoshimitsu, made a pilgrimage there in 1427, she was welcomed and given an escort by a party of warriors from the clan of Okuyukawa.
